First Semester

1.  
OM 300, MANAGERIAL COMMUNICATION (3 credits) 
Focusing on communication skills and strategies that managers need in contemporary organizations, this course will emphasize effective communications needed to manage and capitalize on the advantages of a multicultural workforce.
2.  
OM 310, ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR I (Micro) (3 credits) 
An introduction to the field of organizational behavior focusing on individual behaviors and processes, and the effect of such dynamics on the organization.
3.  
OM 320, ORGANIZATIONAL BEHAVIOR II (Macro) (3 credits) 
Continuing on to the macro-level, emphasis will be placed on team processes, organizational structure and design, organizational culture, and organizational change.
4.  
OM 330  GLOBAL MANAGEMENT AND DIVERSITY  (3 credits) 
An overview of globalization and diversity, with emphasis placed on understanding cross-nation and cross-cultural issues and management practices needed to succeed in a global marketplace.
